The court hears family cases at the Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd Street North, Stillwater. From Lake Elmo, the drive takes about 15 minutes north on Manning Avenue or Lake Elmo Avenue. Still, the court now holds many hearings by video. Your court notice will tell you if you need to appear in person.
